Amine bin Issa is an Architect and an Urban planner, working as a consultant with various public and private institutions on diverse projects in regional and urban planning as well as real estate development. He has extensive experience in cities across the Mediterranean region and has contributed to the management and design of numerous projects, including the Regional Development Plan for Alsace (France – 1996), the Urban Diagnosis for Greater Strasbourg (France – 1999), the Strategic Plan for New Guinea (France – 2001), the Master Plan for Pointe du Médoc (France – 2002), the Tourism Development Plan for the island of Sicily (Italy – 2004), the Strategic Plan for Southern Lebanon (Lebanon – 2011), and the Greater Algiers Development Project (2006-2014). He plays a prominent role in several key development initiatives in Algeria today.
