Deputy Governor of Riyadh Region Attends Gala Dinner in Honor of AECD Delegation Heads at AUDI Headquarters

His Royal Highness Prince Mohammed bin Abdulrahman bin Abdulaziz, Deputy Governor of the Riyadh Region, attended a gala dinner hosted, this evening, by the Arab Urban Development Institute (AUDI) at its headquarters, in honor of the heads of delegations participating in the Arab European Cities Dialogue Forum, currently underway in the Saudi capital.

His Royal Highness was welcomed upon his arrival by H.H. Prince Dr. Faisal Bin Abdulaziz Bin Ayyaf, Mayor of Riyadh Region and President of AUDI and Chairman of the Forum’s Organizing Committee.

His Royal Highness, the Deputy Governor of Riyadh Region welcomed the city leaders and heads of delegations, highlighting that Riyadh’s role as host of the forum’s inaugural edition underscores its growing prominence in the regional and international urban landscape. H.R.H emphasized the city’s commitment to supporting municipal initiatives and strengthening effective urban partnerships.

At the conclusion of the ceremony, His Royal Highness joined the traditional Saudi “Ardah” dance —also known as Najdi Ardah, performed with swords—alongside several city leaders and mayors from various Arab and European cities. This event is part of a series of activities accompanying the forum, designed to strengthen ties and foster cooperation between Arab and European cities through urban partnership and integration.
