Dr. Anas is an urban policy expert, coach, and leader with over 18 years of experience, during which he has worked for multiple private, public, and international organizations. Prior to joining AUDI in 2022, he managed the establishment of Aseer Development Authority and its regional development strategy, while serving as an advisor to the Regional Authority Support Center. In 2018, Dr. Anas led the efforts to design and manage the first executive program to train municipal leaders in a joint venture between the Ministry of Municipal and Rural Affairs and King Saud University. Dr. Anas has published multiple research and working papers in the domains of municipal institutional development, regional development strategy, and urban planning. He holds a doctorate in Metropolitan planning and Governance from the University of Calgary.

An Architect, Urban Planner and university Professor. He holds a PhD in urban planning from the University of Liege, Belgium. His research and professional interests focus on local governance and sociotechnical arrangements in the provision of urban services and the production of urban space. In the last 17 years, he led or contributed to numerous research and consultancy projects on a variety of urban, development and governance-related issues in different areas of the Arab region and Europe.

An urban planner holds a degree from the College of Architecture and Planning at Imam Abdulrahman bin Faisal University (formerly known as King Faisal University). He has worked for over thirty years in the Riyadh Municipality and has held various roles and positions, including serving as the mayor of Al-Azizia Municipality in Riyadh, as well as the General Manager for Markets and the General Manager for Neighborhood Development. Mr. Mohammed has been assigned many important tasks, including being the General Supervisor for the first and second municipal elections in Riyadh Region, and serving as the head of the Executive Committee for the third municipal elections in Riyadh Region. He also served as the head of the Executive Committee for overseeing the preparations of Riyadh Municipality for hosting the Group of 20 (G20) meeting in 2020. Mr. Mohammed's career culminated in his role as Assistant Deputy to the Secretary of Riyadh Municipality for Lands and Investment.

An architect and urban planner holds a Bachelors of Architecture from the National College of Arts, Pakistan and a Masters in City and Regional Planning from Georgia Institute of Technology, USA. She has prior experience in academia as an Assistant Professor, and in the private sector as a City Planner, where she has worked on urban design interventions and master plans for cities in the north of Pakistan.

Holds a Bachelor of Arts in Education from King Saud University, and a Master of Arts in Education from the Arab East Colleges. She is an accredited expert in designing quality programs and project performance indicators. She worked on a research study with King Abdullah International Center for Medical Research and developed the work under the Ministry of Human Resource and Social Development.

An Urban Planner with a background in Interior Design, a graduate of King Saud University and Prince Sultan University. Her experience as an urban researcher enabled her to publish multiple research papers, including "Urban Sprawl Effect on Agricultural Land", "The Effect of Industrial Land Use on Natural Resources using GIS techniques", and “Urban Transformation Program”. She has been involved in several projects with MOMRAH and participated in the Urban Efficiency and Productivity program by UNDP.

An International Relations expert specializing in city-to-city cooperation, partnerships building, and urban policy advocacy. With prior roles in the local government of the Barcelona Metropolitan Area and managing the European Metropolitan Authorities (EMA) network, she possesses a deep understanding of public policy and urban transformation strategies at local, regional, and global scales. Her educational background includes a Master's degree in International Relations from the Barcelona Institute for International Studies (IBEI) and a second Master's Degree in Contemporary Arabic Studies from the Autonomous University of Barcelona (UAB). Additionally, she holds a Bachelor’s degree in Translation and Interpreting for Spanish, French, English, and Modern Standard Arabic, highlighting her proficiency in languages and linguistics.

Administrative and finance professional holds a bachelor’s degree in accounting from Swinburne University of Technology, Australia. He has expertise in institutional development, staff affairs administration and finance management.

Holds a bachelor’s degree in information technology from Saba University, Yemen. Worked in the private sector. Currently, he is working on administrative affairs.
