Supervisor of the project strategy for developing and modernizing the general plan for the city of Kirkuk, Iraq. Holds a PhD in urban design and planning from the University of Putra Malaysia (UPM). He has previously served as supervisor of the project strategy for developing and modernizing the basic design of the city of Kirkuk, supervisor of the basic design of Hawija district, and a member of the planning advisory committee in Kirkuk Governorate. He also heads the Architectural division of the Iraqi Engineers Union.
