Guest: Eng. Anouar Medini
Eng. Anouar Medini is a senior civil engineer with over 35 years of experience in public works and infrastructure management. He has held various leadership roles at the Tunis Municipality, where he played a key role in planning and executing major development projects in the capital. Currently, he serves as the Acting Director-General of Roads, Green Areas, and Parks.

Urban researcher and expert in Saudi urban affairs, holds a PhD in urban planning from Sheffield University.
